Take the other reviews with a grain of salt, many of them are family/techs that work in his office. Yelp reviews are more accurate. I was treated by this doctor for about 2 years 7 years ago (I was a teenager.) I recall when he was bonding my brackets, a piece of equipment was digging into my gums and it was quite painful. I tried letting him know but he was dismissive, eventually it was so painful I covered my mouth and sat up. He actually yelled at me (he yells at his techs all the time, parents wouldn’t know bc they aren’t allowed in the back) and I cried. Now, I’d attribute it to my own sensitivity, but the staff turnover here is high. I recall seeing 2 techs cry after him getting mad over mild inconveniences. My parents wanted to switch provider but we were under a contract so we went along. Braces came off and I was given very poorly made clear retainers. My teeth weren’t exactly well aligned either; I had an underbite and he just pulled my front teeth over my bottom with no regard to aesthetics. Ended up going to a new orthodontist as an adult with my own insurance. I am now very happy with her and my beautiful new smile.

Words can't describe how amazing Dr.Filippone and his staff are. If I could give 10 stars I would!! Dr. Filippone and his team are simply amazing. They are always helpful and respond to after hours messages in a fast and professional manner. Dr.Filippone and his staff are like family they know all of the patients by name and they treat them like they are part of the family. Dr. Filippone and his staff walked me through the whole process step by step. Also answered questions that I had . I will continue to recommend them to all my friends, family, and strangers :)

I have been in Invisalign treatment with Dr. Filippone for 11 months. I cannot say enough about his orthodontic work, his skills and his staff. Everyone has been so personable. I always get a real sense of family, dedication and care. Dr. Filippone is the best!
The staff is extremely friendly and knowledgeable. They do a great job making me feel welcomed and comfortable during all my visits. I would highly recommend this practice!
