I have always been self conscious of the gap between my two front teeth. I finally decided to find treatment. I found Glauser Williams online and decided to call and make an appointment. From my first call with the front office, they were so nice and helpful with my busy schedule to make me an appointment that worked for me. When I had my complementary consultation they made me feel so comfortable and I had no doubt that I would love my smile and I was ready to start this. I was even able to get my braces on the same day as my consultation. Marisol was so amazing. I was a little nervous to get them on but she was so gentle and told me what she was doing through the whole process. I left with a goody bag with wax, toothbrush and toothpaste and a lot of information to help me know how to take care of my new braces. The staff assured me if I needed anything before my next appointment to please call. It’s been about 6 weeks since I got my braces put on and my experience has been so great. All of the staff is so friendly and caring, I couldn’t be happier. I would recommend coming here if you are looking for honest, caring and truly great people to take care of you!

Normally go to the Gilbert location but had to go in Mesa to get a wire clipped because it was poking me. The assistant was extremely aggressive. The most pain I’ve felt since started the braces. She removed my bands & the entire wire that was just put in my brackets. I don’t understand why. When I’ve gotten wires clipped before they do exactly that. Clip the sharp edge of the wire that’s it. The previous wire was working and basically got my teeth completely straight. This was my last couple of weeks with these braces anyway so I was excited. But she removed the entire wire (with no doctor on staff to check her work after) Did not make the correct bend in the wire like the previous wire and now a couple days later, my teeth are shifting awkwardly and we basically went backward in my braces journey. On top of this she had to put in a new rubber band she kept braking the band (5 times) and had to start over and over. Popped my lip & gums several times in the process. I was in so much pain my body was twisting basically falling off the chair I was moaning trying to give her the hint that it hurt and she didn’t need to put so much pressure on my teeth. She had 3 or 4 fingers pressing down on my teeth so hard trying to get the band on. Very aggressive. I asked her if there was doctor around she said yes but there wasn’t. It was a nightmare. I go in to clip a wire leave with shifting teeth and tenderness for days. The tenderness from the previous wire was going away as my teeth were starightening and now I’m back to square one. Now when I go in again instead of getting the brackets off I’ll probably need a couple more weeks. Better to just go to Gilbert on Monday’s when Dr. Williams is present and the assistants are quick and efficient & get things done there.
