District Harley helped me get my dream bike for an amazing price. I appreciated the honesty and integrity from my salesman Dino and the manager Stacey. The whole buying experience was actually fun from start to finish. I highly recommend District Harley-Davidson!

When they first took over I purchased a Harley from them. WELL, there were a lot of things that did not go right. I was charged 700 to service a used bike, it had a bad blinker, the headlight was not working correctly and when I checked the tire pressure when I got home the bike had 20 lbs of air in the front and 22 lbs of air in the rear. They also did not know or reset the unlock code. It also took almost two months for the title work to be complete. To be fair however, I was refunded the 700 for the service to the bike. To be honest when I asked the Harley Salesman for the code to unlock the bike I was told that they would not give it to me because they gave me too much money for my trade. WTH! I ended up buying a fob and having it programmed and the code reset for 75 which was a good deal.. There were a few other issues and all was eventually worked out, however I am not a happy customer. The new owner did personally work with me to take care of my issues and I understand that there were problems because they had just taken over from Battley. On the bright side the service department bent over backwards to fix a brake problem, THANK YOU. I am not saying to not buy a bike there, it looks like they are getting their act together, but I suffered when I bought my bike!

Recently started riding and was looking to upgrade from a small cc sports bike to a cruiser. I originally reached out via their online sales to Diane. She was incredibly helpful and quick to respond to my emails. Once there the whole crew made me feel like a part of the family. Dino took me on a test ride. When I told him I’m still new, especially to “heavier” bikes, he was completely understanding and reassured me I could putter around the lot to get comfortable before we left. The whole process of trading my bike in and getting a new bike was so easy. Even though I wasn’t buying a Harley (I got a Yamaha from the used lot), they took care of me and celebrated my purchase with banging music and cheers. It was really neat. I was nervous going in but left totally comfortable with my purchase and that I was in good hands. Would easily recommend and will be a return customer when it’s time for my first Harley. Thanks everyone!

Highly impressed! I tried to make it difficult for them. I am very impressed with how hard they worked to earn my business. I had always said (as recently as last week) that I would never buy a Harley. I was surfing the web and saw that they were having a BBQ so I figured I'd get lost in the crowd and I would just look around. Someone saw me and greeted me as soon as I walked into the store. She asked if I needed help. When I said I was just looking, she told me to be certain to get something to eat. Someone else asked if I was being helped and also invited me to take advantage of the free food. When I finally asked about a bike, they shared some info about the bike and asked if I wanted to take one out. We rode for about four miles. The bike rode well. I advised them of some things that were a little uncomfortable for me and their response was that they would adjust those things for me. Impressive! They did more to work with me to become a Harley owner than I thought was possible. They treated me like a customer; not like a means to a commission. Extremely personable and friendly. They even admitted that they wanted to \make the deal and get paid.\ They just didn't act like it was their mission. They let me make all of the calls and decisions. The only pressure from the staff was the pressure of resisting the deal that they were willing to make to get me on my first Harley. It's kinda like the saying \hurt so good.\ Buy your Harley wherever, but before you do, visit District Harley and see if they can't give you a great deal first. I believe you'll purchase your bike here. Thanks guys! Now I just have to sneak the bike into the garage.
