We were visiting from out of town to babysit our new grandson and my wife’s hearing aid broke. Knowing that she wouldn’t be able to hear for the two weeks that we were in town, she was desperate to find someone qualified to make a quick repair. The folks from Gallaher’s could not have been more accommodating! We were greeted by the kind audiologist, and literally in and out in less than ten minutes. The repair was done professionally and priced quite reasonably. It turns out that the Gallaher family has had a presence at the same location for over 60 years. While other hearing aid establishments have come and gone, they have stayed to loyally serve the folks in the neighborhood. I can not recommend them high enough. One of the most pleasant customer service experiences that we have ever had.

Outstanding service! Scott is extremely knowledgeable and professional. The office is comfortable easy to access. There is a parking lot just few steps away. What I appreciate most is the time Scott spends explaining everything. I live 30 minutes away and it's worth the drive to get the best service in town!

I have had hearing aids for about twenty years. In the past I’ve paid a lot of money for products that have changed my ability to hear but did not really improve my hearing. The Oticon S 3 miniRite is my third pair but they are the first pair that actually make a significant change in my ability to hear and to participate again in life. For me it’s the combination of the right hearing aid product and the right audiologist, Scott Gallaher. Life is so much more rewarding when you can actually hear in almost all situations.

My husband has had problems with hearing for over twenty years. He has had two sets of hearing aides in the last fifteen years. They were expensive and claimed to be leading edge technology. Unfortunately, his hearing problems persisted. Over the years, disappointment turned to frustration for the both of us. He often felt isolated in social conversations. I on the other hand, felt the burden of keeping our social connections going while carrying most of the conversations on our behalf. Television was an escape for him but the volume was too loud for me to comfortably be in the same room. Even conversations over morning coffee became stressful because I had to repeat everything I said. OUR LIVES HAVE CHANGED since going to see Scott Gallaher at Gallaher’s House of Hearing. He was sensitive, empathetic, and brought me in to the process realizing my husband’s hearing loss was impacting us both. Scott fitted my husband with hearing devices and the short story is, he has solved all our problems! I now talk in a normal tone! We happily go out to dinner with family and friends!
