The staff are very helpful and compassionate. I came from the west coast twice once in 2018 and again in 2021. Each time I needed help locating my father's grave sight. This most recent time the lady that helped me ( sorry I forgot her name) was amazing. She came out in the ice and snow and was ready to help me dig through the ice to find my dad. Instead I told her I would return the next day. By the next day she had my father's grave deiced and flagged for me. In between all of this she communicated with me through text. I will say this business will go above and beyond even though all money transactions are complete. Everyone in that office seemed to care.

Recently, My Brothers, Ricky, Daryl And I Were Assisted By Our Close Cousins Pat, Larry And Her Family As We Worked Together To Arrange A Sacred And Beautiful Memorial Service For Our Loving And Dear Mother, Mrs. Norma Jean Carter Who Was Laid To Rest On January 11th, 2021. We Were Assisted By Dale Thomas, A Family Service Counselor At The Gardens Of Faith Memorial Gardens. Dale Was Very Helpful And Compassionate As My Brothers And I Navigated And Processed The Enormous Amount Of Information And Fees Which Were Essential To Getting Our Mother’s Business Concerning Her Final Resting Place Finalized. I Was Assisted Throughout This Appointment By My Close Cousin Michael Carter And My Brother Ricky. Our Brother Daryl Also Had Input As To The Arrangements For Our Loving And Dear Mother. Additionally, We Had Our Mother’s Homecoming & Memorial Service In The Mausoleum. Her Service Was Organized By Her Niece, Mrs. Patricia Greenhill. Conclusively, We Were Very Pleased With The Compassionate And Professional Service We Received There!

My mom passed away September 2020 and Dale Thomas from Gardens of Faith made the whole burial process easy and compassionate. He was understanding and explained everything clearly. I was provided materials and helpful information on how to cope with grief as well as grief counseling. I would highly recommend Dale and Gardens of Faith.
