Geoff Gould, of G. Gould basses, founder of Modulus, referred me to Gary Brawer's store and I now know why! They are truly amazing. Fernando took my call, did not pass me off, and searched for two tiny spacers I needed for my Modulus TBX low B Gotoh tuner. He found them, and stopped to mail them to me NO CHARGE! Talk about a culture or YES, NO PROBLEM! I am amazed and thankful! 5 STARS!
