Gas Guys is great! They installed a remote for my new houses fireplace last year. I was having issues trying to get it working the following year and a few back and forth emails and one visit later and it was back working. Not only did they install quickly. They honor their work and made sure it was back working even a year later (granted it was all my fault by not reading the directions correctly). I highly recommend them and will be using them for all my future gas needs
I cannot say enough good things about this company!! I contacted them about my gas fire place because I couldn’t get the igniter to make any noise or do anything. They responded and I was able to text with them while they literally walked me through fixing it step by step. I sent pictures and asked some questions that I know sounded so dumb but I had no idea what I was doing. I really thought I would be contacting someone to come out and end up getting charged a fortune. It turned out I needed to replace the battery in the igniter and I needed help lighting the pilot. Any company that takes the time to walk their customers through a problem has my highest recommendation. Whoever helped me has my sincerest gratitude! Thank you thank you thank you!!!
