We have had so many problems with Gauthier's RV. We had to get a camper, because we lost our house in both hurricanes. When we bought the camper is was in the very back, not to be shown. They sold it to us anyways. It was the one we wanted, because they didn't have any others. The previous owner took all kinds of stuff out of the camper that belonged in the camper. They told us that they would get it ready, cleaned and anything fixed on it that needed to be fixed. It was delivered by the owner, Mr. Gauthier. We got it in November and ever since then, we have had nothing but problems with it. It come to us not cleaned, with nothing done to it. I went to use the dryer, and the filter had a thick layer of lint. They lied to us numerous times. We have had problems with the control panel. This will be the 3rd or 4th time it's being fixed. I think we have a lemon. There is definitely too many things to share that has happened. We are still waiting on a part from our freezer that was supposed to be shipped weeks ago. That, coming from the owner himself, was supposed to be ordered then. I just want the people of Louisiana, who have lost everything like us, to be cautious when dealing with Gauthier's. If you are not from here, please be careful also. They sell you a camper and then put the screws to you. I wouldn't even give them a star, but after reading this, you'd understand why. BE CAREFUL DEALING WITH GAUTHIER'S RV, THEY ARE LIARS AND DO NOT CARE ABOUT THE CUSTOMERS.

Just wanted to say what a pleasure it was doing business with. I am located in Nashville, TN and found a horse trailer they had for sale. I called and talked to my salesman Derek and he made this deal so easy and worked with me being a couple states away any way he could. I was nervous about taking a chance and driving so far only to be disappointed when I got there but I was so impressed once I was. They worked with my schedule, had the trailer setup to inspect with the heat on(unusual cold for the time) so I could check everything and not be rushed. Once I hooked to the trailer and found out I had a small lighting issue, they jumped in to help me resolve it, no questions asked. After finishing the deal I went to the parts department to use the gift card they included for purchasing the trailer and I feel bad I forgot the guys name in parts but he was so helpful and respectful on getting a few things for the new trailer. He was not pushy and truly only had me get a few things I actually needed. I really wished I lived closer because of that and to buy my parts from there. . The whole overall experience was great and no hidden fees or scams. They are the real deal and would highly recommend them. If you are reading this review and thinking about buying a trailer/RV from them, go for it. Thanks, Brad.

Recently I had to bring my camper to Gauthier’s. That in itself is no big deal but when you take into account the extenuating circumstances I’m sure you will be impressed. I did not buy my camper from Gauthier’s. I thought I was smart and I purchased my camper from a dealership in PONCHATOULA. Well the service was so bad at this other dealer that with the help of customer service at Forest River and the willingness of Gauthier’s I was able to transfer the work to them. I can truthfully say that the service, quality of work and overall experience was so much better than the PONCHATOULA dealership by leaps and bounds. To anyone who is thinking about buying a camper I very strongly recommend Gauthier’s which is what I should have done in the first place. What ever you do. DO NOT I repeat DO NOT shop for any camper at that PONCHATOULA dealership. Don’t believe me just keep looking at the reviews here and on yelp and see for yourself which is better. Safe Travels

Awesome experience purchasing our camper from Gauthier's. Derek was great. Excellent PDI. This is the second trailer we purchase from Gauthier's. I haven't needed the service department with this one, but previous experience with the service department was great also. Great people and great customer service.

Very good to do business with. Got the RV we wanted and service was very good. Did have to wait but I guess that was to be expected due to our model being super popular.
