I came to Genesis of Kennesaw today for service after recently purchasing my G80 from another Genesis dealer in Atlanta. The service dept. employees in Kennesaw were outstanding, taking a real interest in my concerns and handled the issue promptly in the most professional manner.

Typical bait and switch. I was told they had something at their dealership that they had just gotten in from an auction for me to look at, and so I drove all the way out there and when I got there they did not have the vehicle asked about, and tried to sell me something else. I had actually been called by a sales manager earlier in the day and was told by this "Luddy" person that they had an older model Toyota sienna at their dealership that hadn't been put up for sale yet and she was holding it for me to look at and when I got out there they had no idea what I was talking about. one of the salesmen brought out keys to a Toyota wagon for me to test drive. "You want an apple pie with that?" what a joke. a total waste of my family's time.
