My review is simply for the office staff, I have had nothing but trouble and absolutely rude communication with them ever since the entire staff has been rotated out. When I first moved in here I absolutely loved it and had no issues. Over the last couple years I have never really had any issues up until the last six months or so from the office and tenants. Not only have I been lied too, they have falsified information on my documents AFTER I signed them. The office staff only seems to care about corporate and not their residents. I have had multiple conversations with other residents who feel the exact same way. I have also made a complaint to the Better Business Bureau regarding Greystar as a company and this complex. I have never had this many issues with a complex which is why I will not be renewing. I cannot respond to the response I received below and I have been trying to get in touch with Greystar as well as a property manager yet no one has called me back.

The landscaping is pretty and I like the parks and ponds on the property but there’s lots of standing puddles and trash on the ground. The pool area and picnic shelter is kept clean and updated. The gym is great, well kept and updated. The trash around the complex and the overflowing dumpsters seem to be a real issue. The parking is very bad considering they only give 1 parking space per apartment it would seem wise to have more “guest” parking. Since my husband & I have separate vehicles, one of us has to park very far from our apartment most days. Sometimes I drive around in circles looking for a spot waiting for someone to leave otherwise I have to park a 5 minute walk from the apartment. The location is nice. The complex is mostly quiet with some expected noise but nothing too bad. Overall it’s ok. I wouldn’t live here long term but it is good for a short term stay.

Experience had been great. The staff had been patient and courteous. They are always available and there when I need them. They made the move in process a breeze. This note is copied from their email but is still accurate.

I currently live here and my apartment has mold in it. I called the office because I could not sleep in my bedroom since it was taped off, when asked they offered no compensation for not being able to sleep in the apartment I paid for. Please for the sake of your own health, DO NOT MOVE HERE!

Lived there for one 12 month lease and hated just about every day. The very first impression we had upon moving in was seeing our porch completely covered in pigeon sh*t and a whole family of them huddled in the corner. The front office refused to do anything or help us out until we threatened to make it public and come after them for health hazards. They finally opted to installing a net to keep the birds out. Our A/C went out further down the line, and the man they sent to fix it ended up causing more damage than there was before. And now that we are moved out, they’re actively seeking over 600 in BS charges and refuse to give us a direct answer as to why. During a pandemic. These people do not give a single thought for the well being of their residents, they only want money. They want to upgrade their apartments, but on YOUR dime. Stay clear of this shady business
