I recently called to ask about a property for rent, with questions I did mention if they do accept ESA Animals at their properties. Upon asking, I am told that my ESA letter is fake (without even seeing it) after I offered to email it, did not come off nice about it at all. According FHA you cannot discriminate against ESA Animals. I paid a decent bit of money to have a state issued ESA and to be told its fake is infuriating just because they “added new carpeting” and such and such. Lady then said she was canceling my showing over the situation and it was left at that. Really sad that I am treated such a way for having a ESA, wouldn’t recommend going through these people considering how poorly I was treated over the phone.

They’ll tell you u what you wanna hear, make sure u look out for yourself, been told twice now about trees getting cut down. Called place to see if/when they were actually coming to be nice and move vehicles, let em use my driveway, now they wanna argue about it. ( and I don’t even live at their property)! They seem to just want to have ppl off their backs and hope you forget

Contractors beware im a contractor who worked for George baldwin.i was asked to do more work than I was hired to do . when I refused to do the work free Tami gave my company a fake bad review.ive added George Baldwin to my don't answer list.one person I wish I didn't work for.

Horrible experience with George Baldwin Brothers! They charged me my full security deposit and said I owed them a balance along with my deposit. They calculated everything wrong when trying to add and even tried charging me 200 over than what the receipt read for the garbage. The duplex I rented was shared by the property managers best friend and they showed extreme prejudice characteristics. My children were afraid to play outside bc of the way they were treated by these ppl. The house had black mold which was present and founded and proved to be a reason why my daughter was so sick often. When something needs fixed they enter your unit without notice and they leave the mess for you to pick up. Worst experience of my life. They don't care about your well being.... They are thieves for your money and dumb enough to send you their calculations on how they want more money from you after move out. Take pictures always! Better yet...rent from Palermo they actually care about their tenants and respect us too!

We have been part of George Baldwin Realtors for about 9 years now. We have nothing but great things to say about them!!!!! It is a family owned business with such kind hearts! Of course with any rental properties, you can run into problems. Some are big and some are small. With GBR, they are always there the next day fixing those problems! We have lived in a duplex for many years. Some of our neighbors have been great and some.....well......not so much. Never have we had any issues with ANYTHING! We are living a happy and healthy life under GBR and we couldn't be more greatful for them. Thank you guys for all you do! Keep up the good work!

The review from Seema K is for a property managed by Baldwin Brothers Inc. It is not managed by George Baldwin LLC, Realtors. We do not manage a property at 5016 Old Zuck Road.

I have been a loyal renter of george baldwin realtors for years. From large apartment buildings, houses, and duplexes all have been neat and clean. Not to mention VERY fair with rental, water, and garbage fees! Any issues are well handled and promptly! As someone that is a long time renter, I can tell you GBR appreciates someone that takes care of their investment! I would highly recommend them for home sales, purchases and rentals!

I concur with the other bad reviews on here regarding George Baldwin Realtors. I've been at their property for barely 2 months and the office has been unprofessional, they do not care about the tenants, and they will blatantly lie to you. They allow other tenants to harass you and act as if it was your fault. Everything is very contradictory and scheming with this company.
