Unreliable. We signed up for their fill up program but they never come out, we have to check our own levels and call them to come out and even then they don’t come when they say they are. then they ask if we are in their fill up program, very frustrating . It is unfortunate as they are directly across the street from our neighborhood.

Unfortunately this will not let me leave 0 stars. The customer service at Pinnacle leaves alot to be desired. From not answering the phone to not being able to even tell you when you can expect a delivery. I would not recommend this company to anyone.

I have been a customer over 25 years. Have been on a stay full program and have ran out of gas multiple times. I called on 2-10-21 as my tank was at 30% and was told they would be out by 2-12. They never showed and when I called around 4:30pm they made no real effort to get me scheduled. Had to raise hell and hope they show up on 2-13. All this with very cold weather in the forecast. Not a happy customer right now.

I will be taking our business elsewhere, as their customer service is abhorrent. They placed an unauthorized charge on my credit card for over 2,000 and it took dozens of phone calls and over 8 weeks to get the money credited back. We were also told that we would not be charged for some work, and they charged us anyway. A half a dozen phone calls later, they still refused to honor their original agreement. Getting anyone to call you back is next to impossible.
