We've been using Niccoli Oil for about two years now and they have been spot on with service and pricing. Yesterday I called up, as I noticed our tank level was alot lower than I had realized (oops!) and they scheduled a delivery for today (Saturday). This morning I woke up and realized the oil had actually run out over night and we'd need a burner prime. I called the office at 7am, and they assured me the driver could prime it no problem. The driver was here before 9am and we were back in action in minutes. Very happy to not have to shiver for the weekend!

Polite customer service, professional services and quick responses. I got a quote from Mr. Rooter for over 1,000 on a tune up and they did the work for around 1/10th of that price. I would not use anyone else.
