Visit was very impressive. First off,, they all were very friendly and welcoming. Office was very spacious, organized, and clean; which our family was very worried about with Covid. Also it was our first time visiting as well. They didn't have us waiting long at all before taking us back, or anyone that I saw. As far as information, it was well delivered and they answered all our questions that we had concerns with. We left understanding everything we needed to know about braces and billing, which is why I gave them 5 stars.

I consider myself truly blessed that I have found Dr.Gessel as an orthodontist for my daughter.The whole entire visit was an absolute pleasure for both of us. Welcoming,polite,reassuring staff. Especially thankful for putting my very anxious daughter's mind at ease ,after she had had a previous unpleasant experience at a different orthodontist. Dr.Gessel was wonderful, as he thoroughly explained my daughter everything about her treatment plan,he was very gentle, patient,and attentive. Ms.Kelsey was amazing as well,taking her time to answer every question, and listen to every concern.We can not wait to start the treatment at Dr.Gessel 's office. We went in anxiously and her tearing up,and left with a happy heart. I highly recommend Dr.Gessel 's office to anyone who is in need to find an orthodontist.

Gessel Orthodontics was the best place for my kids to get their braces. The staff and Dr. Gessel are amazing! Every appointment has been informative and a great experience each time. My son just got his braces off yesterday and Shanon was super fun the whole time as he was getting them off. His smile is beautiful! Can’t wait til my daughter gets her new smile. A couple more appointments she’ll be smiling with confidence. Thank you Gessel Team!

I have never been to an orthodontist before today so I wasn’t sure what to expect. But wow, I was blown away by the team’s exceptional service! A woman at the front desk (pretty blonde hair) spoke to me with such gentle kindness and told me “We’re happy you’re here!” when I arrived. I got to sit and consult with Kelsey and she was so attentive and seemed genuinely interested in not only my orthodontic needs, but also me as a person. Dr. Gessel was just as awesome and I definitely felt well taken care of. What a breath of fresh air! Whatever y’all are doing, you’re doing it right (; Thank you!!
