I asked for a estimate for a railing over three months ago and never heard from them. I called back last week and was told I would hear from them on Monday. It is Wednesday and I still have not heard from them.

I have used Gil several times. I really don't know whats going on with this company but i have called everyday for 2 weeks left messages and no answer/ no call back. Even emailed them to see if they are OPEN. (NOTHING!) This has been a bad experience so far. Should be able to give a o star\ rating.
Now have an \F\ rating from the BBB. Amy was great as an estimator. Paid a down payment if 2,750 in early November 2019. Amy finally got back to us in December and said materials did not come in. Would be in after Christmas. Problem is we have been calling and emailing with absolutely no response from this company. Spoke with an Abby who said she didn't know anything and would have the boss call. This is the end of January and they still jave our money and no response. This is no way to do business. Girl Thermes is local and always had a great reputation. That's why we went them even though they were more expensive. I am so disappointed in them and we will jave to decide what our next step will be.
I’ve been trying to have my fence installed since I signed a contract sept 8, 2019. Gil thermes is the worst! If I could give zero stars I would. They have my 5k, but I still don’t have a fence or answers. I finally spoke to the owner Zack on Jan 21, 2020 and he said he would get back with me when he had an answer. I have been emailing and have heard nothing back. I told him that I have been trying to find out what is going on for months. He told me that Amy had been out sick and was no longer with the company. He assured he would do everything to make this right and make me a happy customer. Prior to actually speaking with him on Jan 21, 2020, I had been calling and emailing several times per day with no response. I almost fell out of my chair when Abigale actually answered the phone. This is no way to do business. I have now asked for a refund.
I have called every week for the past 6 weeks and left messages. I haven't received a return call yet
