I recently had dinner with a girlfriend; loved the atmosphere and sitting outside was so nice. I had the chicken gemelli - it was amazing! I initially thought the portion was a little small but I ate the entire thing and was completely satisfied (only had a couple pieces of cut up chicken which was a little disappointing) but otherwise so delicious! The BEST part was the AMAZING BARTENDER! Very few restaurants have any alcohol free drink options on the menu. I asked the server how good the bartender was when she asked if we wanted drinks. I told her I was looking for an alcohol free drink that wasn't a margarita or something too sweet. This guy... This guy made the MOST AMAZING watermelon mint concoction with watermelon foam on top and watermelon and mint sugar on the rim. My friend thought it looked so good she ordered the same with alcohol (infused vodkas) and said it was equally good. Hard to find delicious alcohol free drinks out there but this guy nailed it!!!!!! I can't wait to go back! Wouldn't hurt to add this one alcohol free drink to the menu

We loved Nico’s and are so happy that Copper 48 kept some of our favorite menu items plus some great additions! It’s one of the best places around by far - not pretentious, great food and drinks.
We were regulars with Nicos and very excited for their evolution into Copper 48! Great first experience under their new name and menu. Same great atmosphere and staff not to mention food. New menu looks great and we really enjoyed everything we had... see you soon n often!
Was good but a bit pricey. Staff was really friendly. But sure I'll go back but worth a try if your curious
