The tech that came to repair my LG combo washer/dryer unit, did a great job. He was on time, a rarity with some of my past histories with service calls. It should also be noted that 2 other services companies would not work on LG. He was very knowledgeable and was able to give me a few operating tips also. Price was surprising as I anticipated higher numbers due to travel distance and LG parts. I would strongly recommend H S repair services to all. I know going forward, my appliance issues or purchases will be with Home Solutions.

I'd give them zero stars if I could. Won't stand behind their service; they deflect any problems with their service to the manufacturer; they're arrogant, condescending and totally unhelpful. Call someone else if you need appliances or service for appliances. These guys are terrible.
