We purchased a home and worked with Ashley Miller. She made the process very enjoyable and never tried to pressure a sale. She was very knowledgeable about all aspects of the process and the homes. She worked with me to make changes to the home since my mom will be moving in with us and Ashley and Clayton Homes went beyond expected to accommodate making one bedroom instead of two and putting in a separate entrance for my mom. Ashley has been with us ever step of the way and she responds quickly. We highly recommend Ashley Miller and Clayton Homes.

Do not purchase from clayton homes mesa our house was what they called finished in May 2018 my ac was over charged and kept tripping breaker and making lights flicker threw whole house took them a month to get it fixed. they did a very sloppy job there is paint all over counter tops and light fixtures I have broken cabinets none of the baseboards were painted or caulked there is fingerprints threw out the texture on the walls my out side paint was very scratched and spotty from not doing 2 coats of paint so the came and painted with the wrong color all over the out side this was all in may we still haven't had them out to fix it and after first rain storm roof leaks and our floor creeks every where from it settling they did not compact or even use water for the pad I have pictures of the whole process I told Mike Lavoie our sales rep of these issues he told me he was sorry there contractors are not the best they took 3 months to set the house up kept lying saying they were waiting on permits, permits were signed and in the front window they were lying to me about everything then at the end of the process they supposedly lost our sales agreement and forgot to charge me for my septic tank and were gonna try to double charge me then we were told we did not need a title for our existing trailer that it was to old to do anything with then at the end try and threaten us with a bill for the trailer when it was in the original sale agreement they were charging us 1000 to remove. This company should not be in business they take advantage of you big time and are liars do not trust clayton homes of mesa I will be uploading pictures to there facebook page. We purchased a brand new home to be installed properly and not stress about everything being done improperly and the issues we are dealing with. This is very disappointing
I would like to just say Thank you to everyone at Clayton Homes Glendale for making this experience one our family will cherish for many years to come. But, I would like to give a special thanks to Amber Greene a 5 stars with exceeding our expectations in all aspects and her quick response to questions or concerns. Amber really worked hard, even on her personal time close early on 12/24 to be able to wake up Christmas morning in our new home and all thanks to Amber Greene for pulling through to make this happen. I would recommend Amber Greene and everyone at Clayton Homes Glendale! Couldn't have asked for a better way to close this year and just the beginning of our journey for our kids and family for years to come.
We love our Clayton Home , we purchased our new home in Sept. 2020 . Maureen has been there our whole time , were so lucky to have Maureen or we would be lost . I call her for a question or Issues & she handles everything professionally. Maureen is so helpful, professional, polite & friendly. Thank you Maureen for the great customer service! Debbie & Jesse.
Working with Clayton home Glendale was wonderful. I first met Amber November 2018. I came in with my sister, and two daughters. She was very bubbly and sweet. Then I went back in April with my husband. She then answered all his questions and walked us through how it all worked. It wasn’t till November 2019 that I went back in with our deposit to start the process. She was there all the way through. We got the very house I wanted and prayed for. She went above and beyond to help us get this house. We finally moved in the last week of June 2020. Thank you Amber for everything! I also went to say that when we moved in there was some things that need to be fixed. I got blessed to work with Maureen. She made sure that the guys fixed everything and did it right. She even text me on the weekends, to help us. She was so sweet and kind every time I talked to her. Thank you Maureen for everything! We LOVE are new home, and totally blessed to have it. We would totally go back to Clayton Homes of Glendale
