Customer service was great! Eric and Steve were very informative and helpful. We are excited to receive our appliances. Update: I put in another order today for a microwave. Sean (Shawn?) was a delight to work with. He was so patient with all the background noise from my kids and very personable. He was also very thorough in making sure everything was exactly how I wanted and all the information was correct.

All of my discussions with the Goedeker's employees have been very pleasant and everyone has been extremely helpful. They provide good value and competitive pricing. The only reason I did not give 5 stars was that the appliance I needed was not available for a number of weeks due to the Covid crisis that has been impacting most businesses and I was able to locate what I needed with a different source, but this seems to be hit or miss with all merchants. I would consider Goedeker's in the future.

I can not say enough about this company. Customer service is awesome. I had an issue but they went above and beyond to rectify the issue. The service reps, Brittany and Erica were amazing. They deserve a huge raise at least. They were professional and so helpful. Strongly recommend shopping with Goedeker's!

Be careful with this company. Like everyone else I tried to save in the cost of a cocktail table that at the end cost me more. The piece of furniture was initially sent with a damaged top and had a missing insert socket, they tried to send another top and I ended up receiving a damage one again, they send another top and it was damage again. Three and a half months later the resolution for this issue was a partial refund since I had to cover a manufacturer cost (Ashley Furniture) for not returning the item to Goedeker’s due to lack of proper packaging. (Who will keep a box for 3 1/2 months) Poor customer service and poor resolution. Will not recommend this company at all!!!

My experience working with Steve Karlish of Goedeker's today was great. I had been price checking on websites for Bosch appliances. I thought that I had found the best deals with a company out of California until I talked to Steve and he beat and most all of the other companies quotes. He was even able to have the items shipped directly to our building site and still saved us over 400 above the other dealer. It really pays to shop around, and I will definitely refer him to anyone looking to purchase new appliances or furniture.
