This school is really cool! Trainings are really crazy!!! The instructor makes you to do the exercises you have never meant to do!!! Suddenly you find out some muscles in your body you never expected you have!!!! And only you have perspired thousand times you return home smiling with a huge quantity of positive emotions )))) I really have fun on my classes. And mostly thank to Dmitry - our instructor - I try my best on the training. He does all exercises with us, control the correctness and stimulate us to do our maximum!!! I feel my progress!!! I became very optimistic and full of energy. I'm happy to find Golden Dragon school! It is exactly what I need!!!
