We picked up and Ultra Limited and have been treated like family ever since. Rick, Morgan and Brad have been very helpful and welcoming. I like this place so much I joined the HOG Chapter 3631. So great to have a dealership in our area! The HOG here is the most active chapter we have ever belonged to - in 40 years! It is truly a family group, and comprised of all ages.
I had some major issues with my fxlrs and went straight to this dealer. I was waiting to talk with a service advisor and two of them didn't even take the time to greet, acknowledge or even say one word other then to look at me. Now, this makes perfect since why never support these dealers. I called a tow truck for Harley-Davidson motorcycle to be tow from a Harley-Davidson dealership!!! Thanks RoadRunner for showing me its not worth the time, effort to be supporting local !!
West Valley newest Harley Davidson dealer. Nice selection of bikes new and used. Store is planned to double in size in the near future, for now the shopping area is a bit limited. Service department staff is very helpful. I have taken my bike in twice. Will go back again.
Bought my first Harley from Roadrunner Harley-Davidson this month. They definitely make you feel right at Home. From sales, desk manager, finance, parts, service and of course apparel. Fantastic experience all the way across the board. I highly recommend this dealership to everyone. I will continue to do business with these folks.
"I stopped by on my way home to check out your location and was greeted by Morgan and Reggie who are not on the drop down for choose your team member. They were awesome, Morgan showed me all the new merchandise and the sales merchandise and made sure I did not have to continually hold the things I was gathering. Reggie made sure to let me know I could test ride all the new bikes as Roadrunner was having an event. Both of them were fabulous and they made me feel very comfortable.
Overall, a great experience! I have always wanted a Harley, and when I finally pulled the trigger, the guys at RoadRunner were there for me! I feel like a got a good deal and great service.

Ive come to know several over the past 15 months, and they seem genuinely happy to help me out when Im looking for parts, service, clothing or gift items, or just advice on making my Ultra Limited better.
