The store had socially distancing pads on the floor and clear directional paths for patrons to follow for entry and leaving. The staff was kind and efficient. I didn’t have to wait very long for good and friendly service. During these trying times, they were very professional. Thank you.

Giving two stars just because the lady who answered the phone was very nice and helpful. The notary person working on 12/23 at 9am was beyond rude when I said I only had a picture of my ID. She aggressively asked why I didn't have one and that I just need to get a new one then continued to pressure me to come in now because she's leaving soon and no one else would ever sign it. When I told her I would have to wait until my husband comes home at 1230 she just hung up. Called a different store and they said they would do it no problem. All they asked was if it was valid

I have uuse this UPS in the last 4 years I am very proud to say the best customer service these girls will go far and beyond. When it comes to mailing out a package I have always used on my packages have gotten there ion time sometimes early. This staff deserves five stars or more They will go far and beyond if you need something faxed they're very understanding never rushing hands of applause for the entire staff at the UPS store
