Friendly staff!! I recently took my Team bike for a tune up, upon arrival the staff checked me in and did a quick bike check, they gave me an estimate cost for the tune up parts and the time it would take. They got it done the same day and I just decided to pick it up the following day. When I pick it up it was was the same level of care we received the previous time. Now for the not so great.. their show room is bare, not many choices to pick from in bikes or accessories. I asked about that and they said that the supply and demand is high, but I have a hard time believing that they can get bikes in... In conclusion, I will continue to brink my bikes there for service since they are friendly and affordable!

We just just bought my wife a bike from here. Great customer service. Everyone seemed knowledgeable and friendly. They didn’t push you to buy a specific bike. We will be back to buy kids bikes.

The personnel at the Trek Store are very professional and knowledgeable about the products. The mechanics I’ve done a good job servicing my bikes and time in a timely fashion. They are very community oriented to. They’ve worked with local middle and high schools mountain bike teams by being there to fix any problems that incur on race days.

I just purchased a ELECTRA TOWNIE and I love it! It has 7 speeds and is very smooth. I also had a great experience the employees were very polite and so helpful. They also answered all my questions and added a basket to my bike and made sure the bike was good for riding immediately after my purchase. Thanks guys you're the BEST!!! I Also love the PEETS COFFEE. I Will be looking for it in grocery stores.
