So mad, placed an order for flowers on 01/20/21 to be delivered 01/21/21 online and the service has been horrendous. The Flowers were not delivered I got no notifications other than an email with an order number. MY friend is having a surgery he might not recover from and I wanted him to have something nice before he goes under and all I get is excuses from the company. This is terrible customer service, if you make a mistake don't lie about it. Spoke to the owner who made it right, she was very helpful and understanding. With getting my order to my sick friend.
