there’s one younger woman here who is very helpful and knowledgeable. this is not a review on her at all. she’s awesome. the other woman there has a poor attitude and is very rude. i won’t be spending my money here anymore after my first experience. also you can’t return anything for your money back. only store credit and no one tells you that just a taped piece of paper on the desk that no one pays attention to cause you wouldn’t think that’s the way they run it. personally think they should mention that before you spend 100 there also i understand they have reptiles etc but it isn’t clean in there and has a very bad smell.

First and foremost love this place cause it is not a big box store so money mostly stays in the Area no need paying corporate. PROS 1. large selection of critters and Fresh Water Fish and will order request. Every Creature appears to be healthy and well cared for. 2. They have alot of knowledge of every thing in their shop. 3. Carry more things than the corporate pet store down the road obtaining to aquatic creatures. 4. Check out is quick. Cons. 1. Some items are really cheap in price and others are overpriced but it is expected when they dont order 500 units at a time. 2. Some animals are not for sale. Due to being breeders but is also a pro cause you know they have not been malnourished during shipment, and will know exact age of the animal. 3. Kinda dark in the store but might be for animal comfort. 4. Like taking kids to a zoo they have to look at everything so might be in there awhile.
