Pricing is affordable, sales team does a good job but once they sell it good luck getting the rest done with them. They make sure to rush you insanely and take the mobile home off of their lot but when it comes for them to get other things done to complete the deal, they act lost and no control over anything. SO FRUSTRATING!

Bought in 2015. Have waited to see if anyone would make things right. Was told it was state mandatory to have a pad built. We put it in to the mortgage never was. When they seemed the roof together was leaking emensly through the windows. Was told i would have a water spicket . Had to put one in my self . Rutted my yard. Never built the pad and kept the money. Go else where before you purchase, get sold on buying from them, then robbed . Will never purchase from them again.
