The entire staff meets with the source on a regular basis, having important conferences held by the manufacturers themselves. There is a constant watch on production, transporting and installation. There is follow-through from sales and management on every last detail needed in the new purchases. Each property requires zoning regulations and permitting, and Mobile Homes USA has just the right personnel to get everything completed. BEST SERVICE EVER!!!!

The staff at this sales lot are great, they did everything to help me get into the home I wanted. Would recommend them but would say call ahead of time so you met with Bethany, she makes things happen.
THIS PLACE HAS BEEN OPEN FOR 4 MONTHS AND NEVER SOLD A HOUSE AT ALL. DOES THAT TELL YOU SOMETHING. AND THE DOUBLEWIDE HE DID ORDER DOES NOT HAVE ANY BEDROOM CLOSETS IN IT AT ALL. HES AN IDIOT. DOESNT HAVE A CLUE HOW TO RUN A MOBILE HOME LOT. BEWARE DO NOT GIVE THIS PLACE ANY OF YOUR MONEY YOU WILL LOSE THE MONEY. THEY DONT KNOW ANYTHING THEY ARE ALMOST OUT OF BUSINESS. LOOK AT THE MESS HE DOESNT EVEN HAVE THE MONEY TO PAINT THE ONE HOUSE THAT HE MESSED UP INSIDE THAT BELONGS TO LEGACY. HE DOESNT OWN ANY OF THE HOUSES BEWARE BEWARE. RUN!!!
