We haven't finished the home buying process yet. Mid-State has been the kindest and most professional people to work with. Devon and Jon are outstanding and so so patient with us while we navigate this. I will update the review once completed but I am just super grateful that we found them!!! They are over 2 hours away from us and we wouldn't go anywhere else. I fully recommend them. Whether this is your first time or have done this lots of times, they are very knowledgeable and there to help.

We were looking around at different places to find a home. Started to go through another company and happened to come across this one. Called spoke with Melissa and came in later that day and she wasn’t pushy like a car sales man like the other places I told her exactly what I was looking for and what I needed and told her what changes I could agree with on what I was looking for and she showed me two different homes that I loved and ended up with one of the ones she showed!! We were so happy our home is way bigger and the layout is so much better and it’s a couple grand cheaper than the one I was looking at another location!! I am super excited to work with this company and with Melissa they have made the entire process amazing and smooth answering every random question I have.

Preface- I’ve shopped around, I’ve compared prices, pored over spec sheets ,spoke with 6 different sales and financial managers and Mid-State has by far exceeded the rest! We’re moving from out of state and, need a home that can me on my land in 2 months. Melissa has been amazing! Did a FaceTime call and looked at 3 different homes before picking which is right for us. What I appreciate most is the homes here sell themselves- there are beautiful spacious homes for every budget and no high pressure sales pitches or “stalker salesmen” calling me 10x a day. I also Appreciate that all the pricing is upfront - no slimy hidden fees that pop up! They’ve thought of every detail! **MORE UPDATES TO COME**
