I brought my car in to get an oil change. A couple weeks later I noticed my car was running rough. I checked my oil and had NO oil in my car. I thought well maybe something weird happened. Took it in again for another oil change after adding a quart of oil. Still leaking oil after that. I brought to Duluth to a Hyundai dealer since they said they recommended going to a Hyundai dealership for that.(understandable). Come to find out the filter was placed incorrectly and the plug was loose. So not once but TWICE was my oil change done incorrectly. My husband called,they didn't apologize or try to make it right. They could have seriously done some damage to my car.

I was scheduled for an oil change and tire rotation, they offered a car wash and I accepted it. It took close to 2 hours before my car was done. Nobody came and talked to me about the length of time it was taking. I don’t know why I would choose to go back when I can go to competitors and get the job done in 20-30 minutes.

Called for a warranty repair of a vehicle that wasn't purchased from them. They got it in within 2 days and had it completed in a very short time. I picked it up the same day they worked on it and everything was fixed. Thank you to Brian for the good service.

I went in already pre-approved... Through another lender... But came out approved for my... 2019 Dodge Grand Caravan. Through them... Even though I was sitting there from 12:15pm-close They helped me get into a more reliable vehicle... Thank you Matt and Blaine for going above and beyond to get me approved and into a reliable vehicle... Every hurdle they gave me I jump through everyone of them. Had all my ducks (documents) ready or to be printed... Thank you so much and very greatful... my prayers were answered.... Great service... highly recommended...

When I walked into the service department on 1/25/21 at 10am, I was greeted by 2 mask-less service advisors. Shop and office staff also walking around without masks. Nobody on the sales side, either. The cashier did put hers on once she realized she'd have to manually run my ford credit card through some 3rd party website. (?!?!) I would've left if I wasn't pressed for time. This is why we can't get this pandemic under control. Believe me, I'm sick of it too, but I shouldn't be the only one in the building wearing a mask consistently....
