AWFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE! VERY RUDE STAFF! HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE! A man who works there picked up of the phone. I asked some questions extremely politely and he rudely said it was not possible, asked other questions but he hung up on me. He did this multiple times! Refused to give his name! Completely unprofessional, this does not sound like a business but more like his personal number. This is a person who represents an establishment where a very important service is offered to the community. After this incident, I only questioned the type of business this vet is, looks like they hire people with no manners at all, they lack of basic decency!! NEVER COME TO THIS PLACE, I SUGGEST YOU GO SOMEWHERE ELSE
