Went to an event with food boxes. People were on patrol with segways showing everyone where to park to wait their turn. We personally saw two cars cut in line and pass through the barriers in front of the others waiting. No attempt was made on the gentleman's part to flag or use his machine to flag said people to the correct space. After talking to three people including security we were told they can't do anything about people cutting making our wait times extremely long. This program was till it was gone a male and female in a golf cart were extremely rude and even made gestures as we were leaving they waved then used the middle finger after we complained about the cars were passing through the barriers. I am extremely shocked talked to the program supervisor and was blown off.
