Great doctors to both of my girls since birth. Dr. Prentice is a very “by the book doctor” which to me is great! I sometimes have added my shades of grey to her black and white but, that’s exactly what a Doctor should be! They have friendly staff all around. Great place to take your babies!

We had the pleasure of meeting the physicians at Great Destinations, along with their office staff. They are so knowledgeable, caring and friendly. This office does an amazing job at ensuring their patients are meeting their milestones and matching those families with services to get them there. We are so thankful for their commitment to the community!

I love this office! I have been taking my children here for over 6 years and we always have good experiences. They are wonderful with Babies and bigger kids too. They are very informative, I can almost always get my sick kiddos in the same day, and they are kind to my children. All the Doctors, nurses practitioners and medical assistance are wonderful. I don’t mind when I don’t get to see our normal dr, they all take great care of my kids. The office staff has changed a little through the years but for the most part has stayed the same and they are all very nice and enjoyable to deal with as well. I wish I could find a dr off for myself that ran as well as this one. I highly recommend them.

I’m pretty sure the people here don’t even like kids. The nurse we had was cold and quite rude honestly. She seemed annoyed when my 4 year old asked her to check his stuffed animals temperature. They made it difficult to even come in for an appointment we had, which started to agitate me since it was difficult to make the appointment to begin with. I’ve taken my son here twice and have not been impressed, or even slightly alright with how it went. Definitely will be the last time we come here. Don’t waste your time with this one.

We were referred here by a friend. After two years we are leaving. Went in for my son, he had an ear infection. Was prescribed antibiotics. After taking the medication he still felt bad and said he couldn’t hear. It was a weekend so we took him to an urgent care. Which is when we found out the dosage of his medication was off. It’s math based on his height and weight and the Dr at Great Destinations got that wrong. So he was being medicated and going to school not being able to hear the teachers. He was miserable. 4 hours after the correct medication from the urgent care doctor my son was finally starting to feel better. The doctors have a lot of education. It’s simple math and this mistake should not have happened. That was the final straw, we decided to leave. I wouldn’t recommend this place. Not the first issue with this place either, In the first year my son was being treated for sinus issues because he couldn’t breathe. Was put on medication for over a month before they decided to send him to a specialist. Which took 10 seconds to look and say he has a deviated septum and needs surgery. So he was medicated for nothing that time.
