Eric was great!!! They listened to me ,they were attentive even though I called multiple times. Just to let you know we purchased the Ford from Jackie Jones Cleveland they could not even look at the to test drive with me to tell me if it was okay to drive the car. Called Green Ford they said bring it up we will test drive and will let you know after that. They said we will order the parts get it going but it's okay to drive. Within a few days parts were in and car was fixed. Jackie Jones had given us an estimation of three months 90 days before even looking at it, seriously not customer service. Green Ford is where we will buy our cars from now on!!! Thanks Green FORD!!!

Steve didn't try to \oversell\ me and asked me about my driving patterns so he could make an informed decision about the service I needed. In all my years I've never had a service manager with this customer service oriented approach. Thank you Steve!

I’ve taken both of our F150’s here for a multitude of services, though today was for The Works oil change/tire rotation. Such a great dealership to do business with. The service department is friendly, honest, respectful and priced fairly. I highly recommend them and would not take my vehicles any where else. Thanks Green Ford!
