They attempted to seat 4 of us at a table for 2. We waited an hour, after being seated, for our food. It took 20 minutes to get sweetener for a glass of tea. When that glass ran dry, I waited another 15 minutes for a refill. Both steaks were not cooked correctly. We ordered condiments when we ordered our food, but those did not come out with the food. We waited 10 minutes for the condiments. We had a birthday in our party. I made sure to select that reason in the app when I joined the wait list & mentioned it at the host stand when we checked in. No one acknowledged the birthday though.

We had lunch on a Sunday with no wait, and service was prompt and friendly. Loved our steaks - they were actually medium which is so hard to get them not overcooked at most places. The shrimp and mashed potatoes were also quite good as were the green beans.
Went in at 5pm on Saturday night with no wait. Nice. Server comes up with silverware quickly. Nice. I figure she's going to ask us for drinks, so I look at her and say hello. She didn't even make eye contact or say anything to us. She just dropped the silverware on the table without saying a word. Can't imagine what the rest of the service would've been like. My wife and I got up to leave and they didn't even care. Never going back.
Well, I had a great drink! Afterwards it was downhill from there. Take a look at the PARTIALLY RAW salmon that was served. No need to worry about COVID when you're served raw fish! You would've thought we wouldn't have been charged for the meal at all, even though it was prepared again, and after an additional 15-20 min. wait time...charged full price, not even a discount. Check your food thoroughly, or just order drinks and a Blooming Onion.
my goodness this was such a pleasant and VERY TASTY meal the aussie fries were amazing that sauce and SUCH A BIG PORTION! the alice springs chicken was great and that creamy spinach along with perfect asparagus ‼️ the waitress was amazing the two managers were awesome and were actually HELPING the employees which was amazing to see!
