Used to be better. Bought 5 cars here since 2012 (at their different dealerships). Had decent experiences prior. This is a classic example of a business is only as good as the employee or employees a customer interacts with. It's not the same. Shady. Switch up, can't find the car that was online but yet it's still listed as available.... days later. They find out you have 3rd party financing and then they try to change the price or put you on another vehicle (and no I'm not referring to specific incentives). I even tried calling back again, after leaving, to speak with management. (Specifically Greenway CDJR) Crickets. There's more to say but why bother? The point here is this: They want uninformed consumers to make more money on. Good luck! I won't be back.

They overbook the service area and it took them 4.5 hours to do an oil change rotate and balance my tires. That is unacceptable.
