GREAT EXPERIENCE, EXCELLENT SERVICE!!! I brought my Kia Optima for a oil change about 5 months ago for the first time. Jody W. my Service Advisor he was AMAZING!! He went above and beyond the call of duty!! His customer service, honesty and professionalism is the only reason why i continue to service my car here ONLY. Not only is he very professional and helpful, he made me feel he understood and cared about my concerns in regard to my vehicle. As long as Jody continues working here at (Greenway Kia), l will continue to return to service my car. If your ever thinking about getting your car serviced or have any questions, ask for Jody W.!! Jean our Salesman is AMAZING!!! He helped my Mom & I into our favorite Kia’s!!! This place DEFINITELY does what they say they will do for you! I highly suggest you start here before you go anywhere else for a brand new car. If Jean is unavailable ask for Travis! Ronnie & Julia in Finance are the best! Tell them we sent you!!!

I went to drop my car for an appointment this morning. In advance I had informed the Appointment setter that I would have to come in early and leave my car since I work. Finally when the shop opened and after the first car was tended to I was next in line. Jody my appointed Service Consultant waved me off and said your appointment isn’t until 9:00.and he proceeded to go look for a real customer. Obviously he did not care to find out why I was there an hour and half early. So, I filled out some envelope as I was told to do and left to go to work. Calling your Service Department was a challenge in itself, to check on the progress. Finally a young man answered and he was very polite, he said Jody is right here, I said please do not make me speak with him. He did not help me this morning and I do not want his help now. Hunter informed me that KIA has been off-line all day. I did not call to check on my car until almost 2:00 PM. No one bothered to call me or tell me that my car would not be serviced. Shoddy Customer Service at best.

It took three days to get an appointment because NO ONE answered the phone in service after I was transferred for three days. I finally stopped the person who answered the phone and said “don’t transfer me to service there is no one there and all service consultants phones could not accept any more messages.” I was given an appt for today and arrived at 8:30 am as instructed. My service consultant was very nice, explained everything but when I went inside I was taken aback by the amount of indoor staff not wearing masks. I choose, for the first time to double mask. Should not be exposed to virus to get car serviced. Will find a new dealership to service car.

I bought a NEW Kia Niro 2020 a few months ago and I am having a terrible experience with the car. The engine light has come on 5 times in the last 6 months I’ve had the car. Every time I’ve taken the car in for them to look at they say its nothing, probably just a factory issue, and turn the lights off. Don’t know what else to do. Think twice before buying here. I just want my car to act like the new car that it is.
