I had a fantastic experience with this dealership from beginning to end. I worked with Christina and she helped me get into the car that I wanted and at a price I was comfortable with. She was honest and professional the entire time and helped me throughout the whole process and even followed up the next day to make sure I was enjoying my new Jeep! Frank helped us at the end, I believe he is the dealership and/or billing manager. He was really great too and professional, efficient in explaining the agreement to me and getting me in and out of there quickly! Went here telling the sales person what I wanted to spend monthly for a 2nd car just for commuting purposes. Well anything I said went in one ear and out the other. I stead of telling me that wouldn't be possible they tried with starting price of a 45K. Wish people in sales especially car dealerd would actually listen to customers instead of trying to push their own agenda. We actually bought from another location with everything I wanted for the price I wanted. This is what happens when you try to support neighborhood shops instead of listening they ran us out the door but it is said when one door closes another opens.
