Was a fantastic experience all the way though, Lance especially helped switch my opinion on a single test drive. He was straightforward, funny, and easy to chat with through the entire process. The rest of the staff at Gresham Subaru made the process painless and friendly as well, never felt pressured at any point. While I was there longer than expected I would highly recommend the drive out and will be coming back for additional services in the future.

Update: I’m grateful to update that Gresham Subaru did reach out and did cover the cost to repair/refinish my wheels. Management and the service team have helped assure that measures have been put in place to help prevent potential future damage and a keep a keen eye on quality of work leaving the shop. Original Concern: Part of the perks of buying my car here was they offer complimentary tire changes...but it's costing me more money to repair/refinish my wheels than paying for another place to do a less damaging job of simply changing tires. I'll own up to causing curb rash on my own but now for the 2nd year in a row I've noticed damage to my wheels after a tire change where it's not possible for me to have curbed them. The damage is on the very inside part of 2 of my wheels where it's impossible for a curb to damage with that kind of scratch pattern. Just be cautious of trusting their service department to care for your wheels. It's quick but far from clean and they will likely damage your wheels.
