I just had 14 reels of 8mm film converted to digital. The converted file brought a lot of much needed joy to my family. Some of these reels were 55 years old. The experts at Griggs Video Service were fantastic. Highly recommended!

These people went above and beyond with their customer service. I dropped off my VHS tapes on a Thursday, and I was that annoying customer that called at 4:59 on a Friday. When I did not get anybody, I left a message and I assumed they would get back with me Monday. Instead, the gentleman called me back AFTER working hours. He also offered to deliver FOR FREE the DVDs I had asked them to make. He was so polite and friendly, and I love that he went over and above what he was supposed to do. I am a very satisfied customer!!
