Anyone who knows me, understands my dedication to teaching and paying it forward to a new generation of wrestling talent as well as doing what I can to help those young in the business to better themselves and grow into true professionals. I have known Solomon Grundy for many years and I understand that he and Rudy Gonzalez are working together in order to bring a more complete package of training an teaching to their students. Both of these guys are proven and experienced instructors and both understand the core values needed to establish a career in Professional Wrestling. Solomon Grundy competed in both the US and Mexico with great success and understands the different styles and techniques that are required to compete in both countries. Rudy Gonzalez has a track record of producing successful wrestlers for many years and his methods are as fundamentally sound as any trainer in the business. These guys also bring in guest coaches and trainers who give students a different vision and perspective. Having been one of those guest teachers (for Rudy), I have personally witnessed the dedication and attention to detail that you will receive from these two professionals on a daily basis if you choose to train with them. As a long standing admirer and personal friend of both Solomon and Rudy, I can give my highest recommendation to them as teachers and trainers. If you are beginning your journey toward being a true pro in the wrestling business, these guys represent the very best in instruction.

I have been training here for a couple of months and it’s been an amazing experience. Both Solomon Grundy & Rudy Gonzalez have great knowledge and passion for the business and are great coaches in teaching students Pro Wrestling. A great place to go and train if you want to learn the right way of doing things from a legend of the sport. Solomon Grundy will teach you the fundamentals and the correct way of working a match. Grundy/Hagood and Rudy Boy really know their stuff. It's not the typical school nowadays where so many people are there just to take your money and leave you to the wolves to fend for yourself, they really go out of their way to address all aspects of the business, not to mention keeping it legit with you. If you have an idea that they know isn't going to work, you're gonna get the realistics of it and not a pat on the back and fool you. Highly recommended
Man what an honor to be able to workout , learn and meet one of the biggest professional wrestlers of the mexican lucha libre . thank you for sharing all the knowledge and mysteries that come with this sport i am truly a fan of this discipline and cant wait to go back with friends and keep learning. I do recommend everyone to try this and to keep an open mind this instructors know what they are doing and they are very patient to us the rookies, fans and weekend warriors.
