Personnel are friendly and helpful and sold us the highest rated upright Simplicity made, near 400. What a piece of junk! It plugs real easy, takes 1.5hrs to disassemble, clean, and put back together. The 49 Bissell is so much better. In fact we have four of them and love them. They have never plugged, have the wand hose and attachments, and more suction. One is over 13 years old and all going strong. Save your money.
