We have been very pleased with the condo and amenities. As a family of 5 it was comfortable. The location and being able to walk right out to the beach was great. The view from the balcony was amazing!! I loved I was able to get up early enough and catch the dolphins. I would definitely recommend this condo and hope to stay again soon!

We stayed in Fourwinds 201 and the location is great, so close to the ocean. The condo was very, very dirty and had not been cleaned and we notified them when we checked in. I did send Iphone pictures to them to let them know. The blinds had dust so thick they had not been cleaned in a long time and the floors looked like they were only mopped in the walking path and not close to the walls and trim. I noticed a stain on the bedspread and threw it in the washer and the stain came out so I know the bedding was not washed. If it had not been so dirty that we had to sweep, mop and clean and wash the bedding immediately upon checking in we would have enjoyed our stay.

This condo was great! Nice size, clean and very cute! The beds were comfy and the kitchen table had plenty of seating room for everyone to eat together. Loved the tall chairs on the patio! Great for watching the dolphins swim by:) Plenty of dishes for cooking / eating and the coffee machine had both a pot and a single keurig! Probably the only thing I would change is to have a keypad to get in the room. Keeping up with a key to go to the beach is a lot of trouble in my opinion when most rooms that I saw have the keypad entry. It would save a stop on the way into town as well because there would be no key to have to pick up. Other than that, 1902 was a great place to stay and we would definitely stay there again!

Great condo, and newly updated updated. It looks very nice and close to the water. my kids loved it would definitely come back and stay again.

We thoroughly enjoy doing business with Gulf Shores Rentals. We have been using them for our GS stays for about 11 years. We love the Buena Vista condo. It is spacious, neat & clean, has been kept updated over the years, and is a great price. Smaller condominium building, so not so crowded on the beach.
