My father in law is approaching that time in his life. He has always loved airplanes and flown RC planes a lot. He has never flown in a helicopter though. So I called Lost Bay helicopters and explained his condition and that we just wanted a nice smooth ride. They were more than happy to do so. The airport is conveniently located and easy to find. They picked our family members and took them right to the helicopter. They gave them a great flight and he got to experience something he always wanted to do. I would have no problem recommending them from our experience. My daughter and son went on a ride with him. 2 separate rides. They are located right behind the big wooden roller-coaster on Hwy 59 in the Orange Beach area. The price was very fair. I am a former Army helicopter mechanic and know the cost of running and flying helicopters. So I can assure anyone, their prices are fair.

Great flight and friendly people. The pilot pointed out sharks and dolphins as we went over them. Also flew by our condo to let us wave at family!! Super gorgeous views. A little pricey and short flight. It was fun! Recommend.

Short but sweet. Not much different than the view of taking off in a plane. Definitely go in the summer where there’s more to see. The crew was very nice.

Had a great first time helicopter flight experience for my mother in law, my son, daughter, and myself. Called around lunch time, they accommodated us right then. Would definitely go back next vacation!! Very friendly staff. Made us cajuns feel right at home
