Great company for residential and commercial security.
I just moved to St. Louis a couple of months ago and I knew that I would need to get a security system with all of the crime going on. I contacted a couple of companies including Hackett Security and Hackett seemed to be the best fit for me. They were very reliable, on time with when they said the installation would take place, and very friendly. Having their system has made me feel much safer being in this city and knowing that they are there to make sure everything is okay makes it a whole lot better. I get calls checking in on me and seeing if i feel safe which makes me feel great knowing that i have the best protection possible. I would highly recommend anyone looking to invest in a system to go with Hackett Security as they made my move-in and life a lot easier than i could have ever imagined.
No clue never been there
With all of the high crime being reported recently, especially break ins, I decided it was time to have a security system installed in my home. I am the type of person who does a ton of research before pulling the trigger on a purchase. From the first call to ask for a quotation to the first \false alarm\, Hackett Security has made me very satisfied with my choice of companies. There are a LOT of them out there, but the level of professionalism starting with the website, then the salesman impressed me quite a bit. The technician arrived at his appointed time, wore cloth booties so as to not get my floor dirty, and answered every question I had (and I had a lot) with a great deal of patience. He had told me that I should test my system occasionally, the first time I called into their monitoring station to do this, the person walked me through the process and actually was fun to talk to as we tested the devices and she answered my additional questions. It was easy for me to weed out several companies off the bat, when I narrowed it down to 2, then finally chose Hackett I truly felt I was making the right decision. I would recommend to anyone. One last bit of advice, I guess in this industry in general, there is a LOT of fine print. Don't be fooled by companies that make you sign lengthy contracts, I've heard horror stories, that was one MAJOR factor in my choice, NO contracts. That told me the company believes in itself and is not out to make a quick buck.
