I'm local business conscious and like to stay within my community when inquiring about services I need. Came across this convenient location in Albany/Colonie area right off Central Avenue. This location is locally owned and operated. Also the people are great and actually care with no pressure services. This is always appreciated and I feel welcomed every time I receive services for thinning hair concerns of mine. I would recommend this location versus big corporate entities that want to lock you in contracts that trap you in and force you to only receive services from them exclusively. Thank HRS for everything you do very much appreciated.
I have some very good friends who use the service at HRS on Central Avenue in Albany and they all look great. You could never tell that their hair wasn't 100% their own. They all have really nice things to say about Ms LaBarge and her staff and say they feel very comfortable about confidentiality. If I find myself dealing with hair loss I definitely know where I'll go to get assistance.
Just had a free consultation at this establishment and I felt so welcomed greeted by such genuinely nice people. Felt no pressure during the presentation in displaying and conversating my options & the desire to having hair again. I've been to other businesses both small and big (corporations etc.) And they all felt persistent in having me sign a contract. At HRS there are many options and payment plans in receiving service. Looking forward to having hair again especially through HRS they really care. Thanks
