I am new to HRS Atlanta and the PRP Team. During my first treatment I started to feel panicked. My Technician, Natasha stopped as she could see that I was apprehensive and nervous. She asked me if I would like something to help calm me and ease my pain. Even though she had already begun the treatment she immediately stopped and took the time to setup the gas. She did not show any frustration but only kindness and I know the extra time she spent with me must have put her behind schedule. She is the reason I will continue my treatments! I can't say enough nice things about the PRP staff at HRS. While its too soon to review results I feel I'm in good hands and can't wait to finish my treatments. Thank you Natasha!

DO NOT GO YOU WILL REGRET IT A MILLION TIMES. Before I got my hair transplant I talked back and forth with Marshall and Ron like 2 to 3 times a day there was never a problem getting a hold of them before I payed them. I got a transplant with them because if they can do African American hair then a white guy like me should be a piece of cake. It did not grow at all and left me with scars and patches all over my head . When I reached out they blew me off for months on months.I had to pretend to be a new client just to get a hold of them.I am stuck with scars and patches all over my head that I have to live with for the rest of my life and its sad they would not and wont fix it.They did not help fixed the situation just tried to charge me more money to fix the problem they created.I was in the military and traveled to many countries I have never in my life met people more cruel evil and shady like these two. ASK THEM BEFORE YOU GO IN FOR A HONEST SUCCESS RATE OF THERE HAIR TRANSPLANTS .DO NOT BELIEVE THE OTHER REVIEWS WITH NO PROOF. THERE IS A SPECIAL PLACE IN HELL FOR PEOPLE LIKE RON AND MARSHALL. I KNOW I WILL SEE BOTH OF YOU IN HELL AND UNTILL THAT DAY MIDDLE FINGERS TO YOU BOTH.

This was a truly great experience from start to finish. One of my favorite parts was how the consultant you met with was your contact from beginning to end and was available whenever you needed, even via text. This was great because you were never waiting too long for information. The entire staff’s excitement level for you was contagious as well and you could tell they truly care about about helping their patients improve their quality of life. At no point was I confused about what was happening, and they were open and honest with every detail of the procedure. Danielle was my consultant and has been awesome. She has been available whenever I need to give me information about post op care and answered my questions with as much detail as possible. For anyone thinking about doing this, HRS Atlanta is the place to go.

I had a procedure done 25 years ago using the old technology with great success, so even at 68 years old I had no trepidation having hair replacement done again to go my next 25. My only issue was my previous provider had retired! After a lot of research I chose HRS and can't say enough great things about the people, process and results. Truly speaking from experience...it's a solid investment in yourself that can last forever. Just do it!
