Thank you for fitting me in recently I know you were not feeling well at all, but you are truly loyal to your clients. Thank you for not letting me look like a chocoflan( Mexican flan with a layer of chocolate cake ) in Mexico for this New Years!!

Don’t give too many reviews.But felt I need to give one today, been going to Brenda since August 2019.Salon is mediocre.Brenda is very Friendly. Was always happy with her service.The problem is very unreliable.Has been canceling my appointments throughout the time I have been going there.Rearranging the times and days on me at the last minute. Today though was really a problem. Text her yesterday to confirm my appointment at 2 PM for Monday. Texted back yes.Next morning 10 AM call to cancel again.One day before Christmas Eve when I have a big party to go to out at a restaurant. I will never use her again.Went to Jill at Dare to dye..Luckily she got me in.Was very satisfied. And I always tip her 30% unbelievable.. I’m not a diva but was very disappointed before the holiday that she would do that to me.

I am so glad I found Brenda at her salon, Flawless Color & Extensions!! I just moved to Vegas a few months ago and I was nervous about finding a new hair dresser. It had been 6 months since the last time I had gotten my hair done. She gave me EXACTLY what I wanted, silver platinum hair and it is gorgeous!! She took her time, made sure I was happy, and didn't let me leave till she thought it was perfect. She is a perfectionist, which is exactly what you want when someone is doing your hair. And her prices were very fair. She is so sweet and easy to talk to. I cant recommend her enough!
