They do great engine work. Great people to work on your boat.

Hall Marine took care of my boat recently. They fixed my gear issue within 2 hours, taught me a lot about my own boat, and told me what I need to pay attention to on the water. I’ve been to Marine shops in Arizona, San Diego, and Michigan.. but nothing beats Hall Marine in OBKY. They are dedicated to getting people on the water safely and quickly. Thank you for taking care of me and my boat!

Beware We needed a water pump replaced. Mechanic Mitch said our cost would be 60 water pump & 125 hour labor 185. This is an hour job at best. Every boat owner knows this. I said while the mechanic has it torn apart replacing the water pump to check if anything else looks wrong and let me know. Mitch the mechanic called the next business day, but not for permission, instead he called to say he was done & the price was 735!!!!! I about died! Mitch said he spent 6 hours working on it at 125 an hour! On the bill he listed the silliest things like checked the tire rims, put air in tires, checked the windshield, tightened lug nuts, tightened screws, etc!! I do all that myself! And I never asked for these things! I’ve never seen a mechanic use such fluff to pencil whip a bill for a 1 hour water pump!! No honest mechanic would quote 185 then jump to 735 without calling the customer!! I have been here years ago and it was good. So I was shocked when Mitch done this! During a pandemic with people out of work he thinks it’s better to ask forgiveness than permission. WE WILL NEVER RETURN & WARNING ️ OTHERS.
