They helped us tremendously during the most dire times of COVID-19 last year. I needed a passport for my daughter and my colleagues referred to Russian Agency as a trusted partner. I wasn't disappointed - on the opposite - everything was clear, transparent and well worth the money they ask. Basically, all I had to do is to set up an apostille for a birth certificate, send them the papers and they have figured out the rest - notary, translation, sending documents here and there - everything for a fixed price. This is what I'd like to call a proper level of service - I didn't need to worry about anything after I've signed the contract and several weeks later we've got the docs delivered by Express Mail. I highly recommend Russian Agency if you need to renew or issue Russian passport, they know how to do it remotely.
