If you need to notarize your documents in downtown Chicago, this is the place! What bank notary can't do, Mr Shah can! He is a very dynamic man and is there to help you with not only notary but other services also. It took me 5 mins to notarize 4 docs for 8. Attached his card.
Very responsive and quick easy service. Perfect place to get passports, and other documents notarized in the city.
Please use this place as a last resort for the sake of your lifespan. Sure they can get the job done, but who can't with menial tasks like this? They take forever to do the simplist task and have no sense of customer service. I've been here for an hour for a notary stamp and they won't even make eye contact. If you don't constantly assert yourself, they will not help. I truly hope they are getting paid by the task and not the hour. Update. I was finally helped, but am now not being assisted as they help everyone else even those coming in after me. Notable observation: myself and the only other white American I've seen since I've been here for the past few hours are the only people who have been asked to wait. Everyone else has been helped from start to finish within 20 minutes.
I have been there with my uncle for getting a notary done. The staff are friendly and inquired about the reason for visit as soon as I entered even though they are busy. The prices are reasonable too.
